Andrus was the CEO of Postimees Group, one of the largest media companies in Europe (largest in the Baltic countries). Andrus founded Delfi Group- the largest digital media company in the Baltic countries. Andrus also served as the CEO of Nukufilm - a stop-motion animation

Richard was Global CMO of Jefferies Financial Group. Prior to that he was Global CMO at BNY Mellon, one of the world’s largest banks. Richard also served as EVP at Nielsen and CMO at global asset manager Alliance Bernstein.

Former Head of AI at Imagry, Intel. Former Founder, CTO at Patenthive, Noise Free. Also held engineering leaderhip roles at TDK, Apple, UCSF. Holds 87 technology patents on genAI, software, hardware.
